Vodka in gin sta lahko narejena iz \u010desarkoli, ve\u010dinoma pa iz \u017eita (je\u010dmen, p\u0161enica, r\u017e, koruza) ali pa iz krompirja in grozdja. Razlika je v brinovih jagodah. \u017de \u010de namo\u010dimo samo brinove jagode v vodko, lahko temu re\u010demo gin. Oba alkohola se lahko zamenjujeta v raznih znanih koktejlih npr. Moscow mule, Boody Mary, White Russian &#8230; najbolj znan koktejl pa je seveda Martini. \u010ce se vodka v koktejlih le naleze okusa tistega kar dodamo, pa lahko pravi gin poudari okus citrusov in zeli\u0161\u010d.<\/p>\n<p>Za vodko je zna\u010dilno, da je brez okusa, razen ko seveda govorimo o vodki z dodanim okusom, a okus se doda \u0161ele po destilaciji. Destilira se tolikokrat, da ostane \u010dista, brez okusa. Svenska vodka npr. je narejena iz \u0161vedskega zimskega \u017eita in pet krat destilirana, kar za vodko niti ni veliko. Tito&#8217;s vodka (popularna ameri\u0161ka znamka vodke iz Teksasa) je destilirana \u0161est krat, \u0161e ena \u0161vedska vodka Purity pa celo 34 krat. Je brez barve, arome, okusa , a vseeno zelo popularna po vsem svetu. Narejena je lahko kjerkoli s \u010dimerkoli, stopnja alkohola vsaj 30 %. Priljubljena je v koktejlih saj prevzame okus tistega, kar dodamo.<\/p>\n<h3>In smo spet pri vpra\u0161anju, \u010de je vodka z okusom \u017ee gin? \u010ce prevladuje okus po brinu, potem ja.<\/h3>\n<p>Pri ginu pa sta zelo pomembna prav aroma in okus. Nevtralnemu \u017eganju so dodana zeli\u0161\u010da in za\u010dimbe, kar se nato ponovno vsaj enkrat destilira in mora imeti vsaj 40 % alkohola v ZDA in v EU vsaj 37,5 % ter seveda prevladujo\u010d okus po brinovih jagodah. Okus in vonj gina je poleg tega odvisen tudi od metode izdelave, zato je te\u017eko najti dva popolnoma enaka gina. In v tem je tudi \u010dar gina, ki si s tem zagotavlja dolgotrajno popularnost prav zaradi svoje raznovrstnosti. Beefeater npr. ima za alkoholno osnovo koruzni destilat, pome\u0161an z je\u010dmenovim destilatom, Tanqueray London Dry Gin je npr. destiliran 4 krat, <a href=\"https:\/\/sprememba.si\/SiSQ-Spirits\/trgovina\/gold-999-9-gin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Gold 999.9<\/a> je npr. 3 krat destiliran. Slovenski prvi craft gin in najve\u010dkrat nagrajeni <a href=\"https:\/\/sprememba.si\/SiSQ-Spirits\/trgovina\/gin-brin-slovenski-craft\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Gin Brin<\/a> uporablja za osnovo alkohol me\u0161anice je\u010dmena in p\u0161enice, ki mu doda za\u010dimbe in zeli\u0161\u010da nato pa enkrat destilira.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gin le izbolj\u0161ana vodka?
