Vsi smo bili prepri\u010dani, da je vsak japonski viski najvi\u0161je kvalitete. Nekatere destilarne so celo rade poudarjale, da je ves proces v njihovih rokah. Od sejanja \u017eita do staranja v sodih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posledica ve\u010dletnih titul najbolj\u0161ega viskija na svetu, ki je pripadel Japoncem, je bilo veliko povpra\u0161evanje po njih in seveda te\u017eja dostopnost do njih in vi\u0161ja cena. Za japonske viskije \u017ee dolgo velja, da je povpra\u0161evanje ve\u010dje od ponudbe. Kriza je najve\u010dja pri staranih viskijih. Mnoge destilarne so zaradi manjka staranih bila primorana dati na trg sve\u017ee viskije za vmesni \u010das.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kar naenkrat pa letos udari novica iz Japonskem, da vse ni tako kot smo si mislili in da ogromno viskijev z oznako japonski viski sploh ni narejen na Japonskem, ampak prepeljan v tankerjih. Predvsem iz \u0160kotske ali pa celo Kanade pa tudi iz Irske in ZDA. Na Japonskem pa nato ustekleni\u010dili, predvsem pa za me\u0161anje s kak\u0161nim doma\u010dim viskijem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na Japonskem destilarne niso mogle dohajati povpra\u0161evanja, zato so na\u010drtno kupovali predvsem \u0161kotske in kanadske destilarne in izkori\u0161\u010dali dejstvo, da znamka japonski viski ni tako za\u0161\u010ditena kot za \u0161kotski viski, kjer so zelo stroga pravila, ali pa npr. za ameri\u0161ki bourbon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nova pravila za japonski whisky<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ker je \u0161lo za ogromne koli\u010dine in zmedo, so se na Japonskem odlo\u010dili v zdru\u017eenju Japan Spirits &amp; Liqueurs Makers Association narediti red za vselej. Napisali so pravila, kaj lahko nosi etiketo Japonski viski. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Najpomembnej\u0161e je zbrano tule:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-large is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em><strong>&#8220;Destilat mora bit fermentiran, destiliran in staran v destilarni na Japonskih tleh. Vsebovati mora \u017eitni slad iz je\u010dmena, p\u0161enice ali r\u017ei, lahko pa so vklju\u010dena tudi ostala \u017eita. Dodana voda mora bit pridobljena na Japonskem. Destilat mora bit starat najmanj 3 leta v lesenih sodih, ki niso ve\u010dja od 700 l in vsebnost alkohola najmanj 40 %. &#8221; Znamka je lahko japanese whiskey ali whisky.&#8221;<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Nova pravila za\u010dnejo veljati od 1. aprila 2021, do 31. marca 2024 pa morajo destilarji popraviti svoje etikete.\u00a0 Najbolj znane destilarne kot so Suntory in Nikka sta \u017ee ustrezno popravile nekatere etikete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Primeri, ko japonski viski ni narejen le na Japonskem<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nikka je na svoji spletni strani \u017ee popravila oznako pri nekaterih viskijih. <strong>Nikka Whisky From The Barrel\u00a0<\/strong>( odli\u010den blend, ki je bil progla\u0161en za viski leta 2007 in 2010) in <strong>Nikka Days<\/strong> po novih pravilih ne smeta ve\u010d nosit imena japonski viski.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suntory nikoli ni skrival \u017ee v imenu viskija, da je njegov blend iz 5 razli\u010dnih koncev sveta.\u00a0<strong>Suntory World Whisky Ao<\/strong>\u00a0ima namre\u010d v sebi blend ve\u010d destilarn. Iz \u0160kotske ( Ardmore in Glen Garioch), Colley Irska, Alberta Kanada, Jim Beam ZDA in Yamazaki ter Hakushu Japonska.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drug primer je Hatozaki, ki nosi oznako japonski whisky in je blend razli\u010dnih viskijev, pripeljanih na Japonsko. Za&nbsp;<strong>Hatozaki Small Batch<\/strong>&nbsp;pa je bil za 5-6 let dan \u0161e v rabljene hrastove sode, kjer je bil prej bourbon, \u0161eri ali pa japonski Mizunara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ichiro&#8217;s Pure Malt &amp; grain Blended Whisky<\/strong>&nbsp;prihaja iz manj\u0161e japonske destilarne in je odli\u010dna me\u0161anica petih viskijev: irskega, kanadskega, \u0161kotskega, ameri\u0161kega in japonskega. Ki so bili doma starani od 3 do 20 let.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nasvet:<br>\u010de \u017eeli\u0161 resni\u010dno poizkusiti pravi japonski viski, potem je potrebno prej preveriti na spletu, \u010de je resni\u010dno pravi japonski viski tudi po novih pravilih. Druga\u010de pa ti blendi sploh niso slabi, le zavedati se je treba, da notri ni samo japonski viski.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Japanese Whiskey Day<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V \u010dast\u00a0javne predstavitve prvega viskija, narejenega na Japonskem v destilarni Suntory, ki je bila\u00a0<strong>1. aprila 1929<\/strong>, so izbrali 1. april  za\u00a0<strong>Japanese Whiskey Day<\/strong>. \u010cez 8 let bo 100 let, od kar so javno ponudili prvi japonski viski Suntori Whiskey<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uradna spletna stran tega posebnega dneva je <a href=\"https:\/\/jw-day.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/jw-day.org\/<\/a> . V \u017eivo so se javili ob 11. uri po japonskem \u010dasu, \u017eal pa so prvo praznovanje namenili bolj kot ne le Japoncem. Vse je v japon\u0161\u010dini, \u010deprav je ogromno ljubiteljev njihovega viskija po vsem svetu.
