Travarica Santei is an organic distillate with 26 healthy herbs added in the second distillation.<\/p>\n
The herbs are organic, harvested in the Karst and Nanos and dried on the Santei organic estate. No added sugar.<\/p>\n
Basic plants in the herb: satureja hortensis, St. John’s wort, anise, wormwood, karst juniper berries, mint, sand immortelle (liquorice), mountain ash, wine ruta graveolens, fennel, rosemary, sage, lavender, lemongrass, lemon balm.<\/p>\n
Santei spirits are home-made distillates from organic grapes (biodynamic – Demeter)\u00a0 or wine from the Santei estate. The classical method of distillation is used. All herbs except the protected ones are harvested by hand on the Karst, Nanos and the Trnovo plateau. Lavender is planted on their bio estate.<\/p>\n
Estate have Demeter status from 2021 – organic, biodynamic and natural principles in everything they do.<\/p>\n
