Pelicon Time is a series of rich and strong beer styles, which for a year are left to rest in various barrels of distillates. Beer waits and breathes with the environment, interactions between beer, wood and oxygen occur during this process.
For the first beer from the series, Time 2017, they chose the style of an old ale, which is copper, with a low bittern, old notes and woody notes from barrels. Sour bourbon gives him a strong vanilla note, while rum is mainly found in the podton of the orange.

Time 2017 was officially launched on December 1st 2018. The series is limited to 666 bottles and we managed to get some bottles too.

Beer is recommended for a piece of homemade chestnut pie, vanilla ice cream, or ice-cream from roasted apples, served at a temperature of 12 to 14 degrees in a bubble glass.
