Apples from their own orchard are picked, processed, and after fermentation is finished, they get apple wine. This was followed by two successive distillations, which yield apple brandy with a strength of 75-80% vol.
In the third distillation, the resulting base is upgraded with the three main ingredients – juniper berries, coriander and citrus. Then add angelica root and lavender. Gin contains essential oils that can cause cloudiness when cooled, as the gin is not cold-filtered.
Due to the content of natural ingredients, we understand the latter as a sign of quality. The gin is finally bottled at 43% vol alcohol. A simple combination of three main ingredients or of gems (“gem”) inspired them to call the gin Gamma Gem Gin, or Triple GGG for short
