A typical varietal bouquet reminiscent of gooseberries, elderberries, tomato leaves and complemented by shades of tropical fruits and black currants. It impresses in the mouth – it looks juicy and fresh.
24 hour cold maceration of grape mash, pressing and clarification of must. Fermentation at temperatures between 12 ° C and 18 ° C. Maturation of wine in a stainless steel container for 8 months on dead yeast.
We can offer it to various culinary creations, but it is best served with fish dishes; dishes containing tomatoes and asparagus dishes.
