Description
Merlot by slavček is bright ruby red color. On nose intense scents of ripe dark-pulp fruit with a nice mineral and vetable scent. In the mouth the sip is warm, soft and dry; the savory and fresh texture is an excellent counterweight to the softness components. Harmonic and persistent finish.
Comes from 60 hectare micro vineyrad, processed according to natural farming. Harvesting is by hand with careful selection of the bunches. Maceration on the skins is for 25 days in oak vats. 50 % lees in slavonian oak barrels and 50 % in oak barrels for 2 years. No clarification or filtration.
