Slavček farm

The Slavček farm is a family vineyard with a long tradition dating back to 1769. It is located in the village of Potok near Dornberk in the heart of the Vipava Valley, where wines are produced with a strong respect for nature and terroir.
Key features: Organic production: The grapes are hand-picked, and the wines are aged in oak and acacia barrels, without the use of preservatives – only a minimal amount of sulfur is added before bottling. They also have the Triple A (AAA) designation. Terraced vineyards: These are situated on marl hills up to 200 meters above sea level, giving the wines high mineral content. Natural wines: Fermentation takes place with grape berries, emphasizing the varietal blossom and growth site characteristics. Tastings and tourism: The farm offers wine tastings, home-cooked meals made from seasonal ingredients, thematic events, and a starting point for exploring the Vipava Valley.
The Slavček brand symbolizes a bird that reflects the connection to nature and the melody of the environment in which the wines are created. In addition to excellent wines, they also offer their natural peache juice.
