Domus Meum is a white macerated wine. The color is amber orange with reddish hues given by Traminer and Pinot Gris. The smell is tertiary, candied fruit, dried herbs, slightly buttery … Varied! Prolonged maceration has left its mark, and aging in oak barrels on fine lees rounds off its sumptuous taste and down aftertaste.
