The Viktorija Slavček sparkling wine is a sparkling wine with a second fermentation in a bottle according to the traditional method, produced with ribula grapes with the addition of fresh Laško Riesling.
Mineral, fruity and floral. Fresh and delicious. Victoria sparkling wine smells of bread, white flowers, lemons, peeled apples. Recognizable characteristic Nightingale style.
6 hours of maceration, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel containers, second fermentation in a bottle and aging 26-28 months on yeast.
For a slightly different taste, a couple of grains of red pepper can be added for a change, or peach juice can be used and a Bellini cocktail made.
