Description
Peach juice from the Slavček farm in the Vipava Valley is another top-quality natural product that is successfully grown at Slavčke.
The best peaches are washed with water, pitted and squeezed to get the juice, which is roasted at 82 degrees C for pasteurization and bottled.
Great for the famous Bellini cocktail, where their Victoria sparkling wine is used:
- 2/3 sparkling wine
- 1/3 peach juice
