Description
Pinot Noir has always been an aristocratic variety. It is very demanding for the winegrower. It follows the paradigm of elegance: less is more. Once we realize this, it becomes a regular choice. The typicality of the color is defined by a ruby shade, which shows a carmine shade on the edge of the glass, which connoisseurs describe as “dusty” because of such judgment.
The distinctiveness of the variety is revealed in the aromatic intertwining of the ripe berry with earthy traces and leather. The effect of soda is almost invisible. The high identity of the variety is self-evident. The fullness is medium, with suitably measured bitterness, which gives the taste a pleasant tactile characteristics. Tearing is manual.
Maturation in oak 225 liter barrels for 12 months.
