Description
Santei Extra Brut is pale yellow in color, with nice tiny bubbles that caress the mouth. The aroma of ripe yellow fruit and roast, the taste of sparkling wine is lively and refreshing.
For a slightly different taste, a couple of grains of red pepper can be added for a change, or natural peach juice can be used and a Bellini cocktail made.
