Beer style: imperial stout Alcohol content: 13.0% Packaging: 750 ml Unfiltered, unpasteurized and matured in wooden barrels. Like many of us, this beer also spent 2020 in self-isolation, in barrels of bourbon.
After more than twelve months of aging came a rich dark imerial stout with notes of sherry, vanilla, dried fruit and cocoa.
Dark brown luxurious foam slowly accumulates on top through the extremely dense black body. Matej Pelicon’s brewing knowledge and masterful grip are evident when you hardly feel it with 13% alcohol.
