Description
M-vina Good fella wine is golden yellow colour with onion shade. Bouquet is extremely complex. The wine combines the aromas of overripe pear, pome fruit, vanilla and caramel.
The taste of the wine is harmonious, elegant, fruity and blends nicely with a creamy long aftertaste. Rich full-bodied, fruity and elegant wine. Women don’t get goodfellas.
Ecological cultivated grapes were hand picked and sorted in the vineyard. Various long maceration of grape mash, mild pressing. Spontaneous fermentation with own yeast and 18 months maturation of the wine in a 600l barrel in which the process of malolactic fermentation takes place. The wine matures on its own lees without flow. Bottling with a minimal addition of sulphur.
